- Sprayed foam (weather permitting) on basement walls for greater water resistance
- Drain in basement window wells.
- 200 AMP service.
- Trane furnace with lifetime limited warranty on heat exchanger, 5-year parts & 1-year labor, Includes a Honeywell media style air cleaner. Installed Bay Area Services.
- Future bath plumbing rough in, in basement & sealed sump pump pit.
- Front ½ of basement as mechanically clear as possible for future use as finished room.
- Garage floor drain.
- 18' Overhead garage doors, 16' is the industry standard.
- All exterior concrete & garage floor have 5/8 rods in a checkerboard style drilled into the foundation or placed on a keyway.
- All exterior door frames are clad, no painting.
- 36" entrance door from garage to home.
- Dead bolts on all exterior doors.
- Home has 2x6-16"on center exterior walls, sheeted with 7/16 OSB, house wrap & R=19 fiberglass insulation.
- Ceiling- R50 blown in insulation, code is R38.
- Windsor vinyl or clad windows, with wood jamb & 2-3/4" trim.
- Cathedral ceilings over kitchen, dining & living rooms on most ranch homes.
- Plant ledges, with electrical receptacle for future use.
- Carbon monoxide detector.
- Custom built cabinets, by Valley Cabinet Co. Typically raised panel oak or maple. NOT box cabinets from a lumber store.
- The interior of the exterior door, inked with a wood grain look.
- Thought put into closet shelves & pole arrangement.
- A Wisconsin Energy Star High Performance ( top 15% in WI) builder.
